Here at Club 602, we love baseball. Being headquartered in Arizona give us great access to Spring Training every year, and positions us nicely to provide an Arizona-centric perspective on MLB. With half the league being based in Arizona, and the meaningfulness of the National and American league being eroded by rule changes, it is time for a new coverage angle for the greater MLB season.

Behind in The Count will provide a variety of views and commentaries from around the country, but will always hold some sort of tie to baseball in Arizona. Whether it is our Mets fan/expert providing a west coast slant on Mets coverage or our Guardians analyst covering a regular season game after catching all of Spring Training from Goodyear, we hope that these new voices and perspectives find a home with both passionate local fans as well as the hordes of displaced fans across the entire country.
